Beautiful wood flooring throughout, ceiling fans in every room.  If you like to watch the wildlife, the outdoor dining is a perfect place to feel the cool breezes and hear the birds!

The separate guest wing offers two bedrooms (one with king bed, the 2nd with twins) and a shared bath with tub/shower & laundry.  The master suite features an updated bath (double sinks, walk-in oversized shower), walk-in closet, new furniture which includes a king-sized bed, "his and hers" dressers, 60" TV. The adjacent den/dressing room offers a TV and sleeper sofa.  Both of these rooms have sliders to the pool area. 

The house is equipped with linens, beach towels, Wi-Fi, a gas grill, beach chairs and umbrella. Owner provides two bikes. The Dunes offers golf & tennis, open to the public.  All of this and just a short drive to the beach!
Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to
be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge. Dwelling License RDWL-006950. House Rules - No Parties, candles. Only one parking bay available in garage.
