We strive to minimize any disruption to your experience, but construction activity may include - noise during normal working hours, equipment visible on the property, and limited access to certain common areas. Certain amenities are currently not available - these include elevators (est. completion 1st March 2025 but host will not be liable for any delays), tennis, and pickleball courts but we are expecting completion soon. A waiver form will be required to be completed as part of the booking process.
