Upon entering the home, you will find an open concept floor plan with a tall vaulted ceiling in the main living space. The living room has a large plush couch, a cozy recliner, and a desk where you can set up your remote office from! Adjacent is the kitchen that has a gorgeous tiled backsplash, and plenty of countertop space for you to prepare your family’s favorite treats. There are two barstools, along with a high-top dining table that can accommodate up to two comfortably.

The master suite awaits! There is a queen-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and plenty of space to kick back and relax after a long day of adventures. Attached is the master bathroom, which has an updated vanity, and a large shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large dresser, and a 32” TV. The second bathroom has a large vanity and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a large closet.

Time for the outdoor paradise! The screened-in patio is completely secluded allowing you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There is a large couch, a chaise lounge, and an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to four comfortably.

Don’t miss the gorgeous sandy beaches of Manasota Key Beach, Venice Beach, and Caspersen Beach. Choose from endless dining destinations or shop to your heart’s content in the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south to Boca Grande of Gasparilla Island for a day trip! Explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost amid the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local fauna, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles.
